Trip Report: Florida House Hunting Pictures!

Share

I figured the best way to capture the essence of our recent house hunting trip to Florida is through pictures.  So, grab a hot cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy the story as shown through the lens of our camera!

I’m having my morning coffee in the condo.  Getting ready for another big day of house hunting!

Checking out a house in Citrus Springs, Florida.  This is a forclosure; I was amazed at how good most of the properties presented.  You could probably get happily involved with this home for about the $90,000 mark – or less.  And, it would probably get snapped up quickly in the rental market for about $800 a month.

Another forclosure home.  One of the nicest we saw.  Great location; near elementary school, golf course and in a nice neighborhood.  We noticed a Sheriff’s vehicle in the house 3 doors down so … it’s a safe neighborhood too!

That’s Marieta hanging out with our property manager Nancy.  This is one of our rental properties in Hernando, Florida.

This is a short sale home.  That’s Nancy at the front door getting ready to let us in to have a look!

Marieta smiling from ear to ear in front of this display home in a development called Pine Ridge.  Magical home with all the trimmings (e.g. high ceilings, screened in-ground pool, extra pool bathroom, two large walk in closets in master bedroom, spa, shower, double sinks, formal dining area, family room, living room, etc).  All this for the unbelievable price of only $279,000!
