My latest book Yanks in the Outback is in diary format. I decided to write it this way partly because … I kept a real diary while stationed in Woomera during the First Gulf War. Of course the book is all typed up neatly and easy to read but the raw diary is a bit rough; not easy on the eyes; not so easy to read!
Anyway, I thought it might be interesting to show a few pages from my diary for any of those folks out there who have read the book and might be interested to see what my diary looked like; a sample entry; the real thing.
As such, I’ve included “exhibit B” (the photo in this article) for your perusal.
